BizInv is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Data Backup

BizInv may provide tools to store and manage inventory data, but customers remain responsible for maintaining their own business records and backups where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

BizInv, including its software, branding, design, workflows, and related materials, is owned by BizInv or its operators. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce the platform without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizInv is not liable for lost profits, lost inventory, lost sales, business interruption, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms
